VENDOR INFORMATION

Below you will find important information regarding your booth at the PFS NorthCenter Vendor Showcase. This includes the required documents for cooking, power requests, and registration.

Please read ALL details below and complete the vendor registration.

PRE-SHOW DEADLINES: You are required to complete the following items by APRIL 28TH

REGISTRATION:

ALL vendors must complete registration on the event website. Scroll to bottom of page to complete. This is required so we know who is attending the show.

ELECTRIC/POWER: This is required if power is needed at your booth. You will submit this request when you register.

BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM:

Be sure to submit your hotel reservation through the PFS Hotel room block for a discounted rate.If you do not book by April 28 there is no guarantee that you'll receive the preferred rate.

SUBMIT SAMPLES IN MEAL TICKET:

Submit your allowances and sample requests through Meal Ticket. Please look for a separate email from MealTicket.

ATTEND A MEAL TICKET IPAD TRAINING SESSION: Training sessions will be offered virtually prior to the show.

SHOW SET UP TIMES:

Monday, May 12 from 12pm - 5pm.
Tuesday, May 13 from 6:30am - 8:30am.
All booths must be set up no later than 8:30am day of show. Doors will close between 8:30am - 9:00am.

LOAD IN INFORMATION:

Loadin is through the air lock doors which are a large ground level garage area on the south end of the Civic Center. To access, you'll go through a set of yellow gates. Carts will be available for use.

It is expected for vendors to bring their own point of sale and must include corresponding PFG items number.

NAME BADGES:

Please bring your own name badge for this event. We will not be providing name badges.

LUNCH:

One boxed lunch will be provided per booth. This will be a sandwich.

BOOTHS AND DECOR:

High profile black pipe & drape. 10' wide x 8' deep. Front: 8' table covered & skirted. Back: 8' table covered. If you are sharing a booth, we encourage reaching out and working with the vendor you are sharing space with. Please do not merchandise the whole table if the other vendor has not arrived.

COOKING:

There is no kitchen access. Flameless cooking is permitted. Cooking with those small propane burners, or warmers using sternos that have flames are permitted provided you have a fire extinguisher. Cooking with a hotplate doesn’t require a fire extinguisher, but it’s recommended! Fire extinguishers will not be provided, you will need to provide your own if cooking in your booth. There will be a booth check to ensure you are following safety codes. Vendors are not permitted to store items in the electrical aisle at any time.

NO FRYING ON SHOW FLOOR:

At no charge, a fry truck will be available outside the air lock and the Civic Center will offer drop-off/pick-up service outside of kitchen.
Ice is available if needed. You can pick up ice from the PFG truck on the loading dock.

All food and paper products not in a sealed can or bottle must be off the ground/floor. This includes boxes of bread, bags of onions, potatoes, napkins, cups, plates, etc.

All food must be properly protected from customer contamination. Whenever possible, food items shall be individually wrapped. Buffet style service should be provided with toothpicks, forks, or other serving implements. All food handlers must wear gloves and serve with tongs.

We are offering discounted rates at the Best Western Plus Augusta Civic Center as part of the NorthCenter Vendor food show block! Please book your room at the Best Western using the link above by April 28. The hotel room block is for the evening of May 12th (evening before the show). If you do not reserve a room by April 28, there is no guarantee you will receive the discounted rate.

SAMPLES:

We will have a truck at the show on Monday & Tuesday. Vendors who would like to have their samples billed back and delivered to the facility need to have their orders submitted through Meal Ticket by MAY 2. Requests must be submitted by this date - no exceptions. Please note that the only two delivery options available via the drop down are "Delivery from Inventory" and "Vendor Pickup from Distributor Will Call."

ALLOWANCES:

Please look for an email from Meal Ticket (do-not-reply@mealticket.com) with instructions on how to submit your allowances. Allowances must be submitted by MAY 2.

Brokers: please do not hold back on submitting your vendor allowances to enter all at once, thus creating a bottleneck. Meal Ticket will send out email notification when the allowance negotiation site is open.

MEAL TICKET FAQ:

If you are not receiving emails, please add "do-not-reply@mealticket.com to your contacts. If you still have trouble, you can login at tradeshow.mealticket.com and can access the show/worksheets.

IPAD TRAINING:

On show day, iPads will be distributed. You will need to complete a required training before picking up your iPad(s).

FOOD BANK:

Food Show donations will be collected at the end of the show, separated and staged for donation to Good Shepherd Food Bank. We want to collect and donate as much as possible, however there are guidelines for food safety. We will share these guideline prior to the show so you can prepare accordingly.

Additional Vendor information will be distributed via email to the email address provided during registration prior to show day.
